Cost is one of the biggest questions people have before starting a new career — and it should be. The good news is that medical assistant training at Providence Medical Academy is affordable, straightforward, and comes with several ways to pay.
Here's everything you need to know about tuition and financing, all in one place.
What does the program cost?
Tuition at Providence is $4,950 when paid in full. That one program cost covers your online coursework with full instructor support, your in-person skills labs, your two-week externship and preparation for the NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam.
Your three payment options
Option 1: Pay in full and save $1,000
Paying your tuition in full earns you a $1,000 savings. We accept all major credit cards, and your balance isn't due until the week before class starts — giving you time to plan.
Option 2: A student loan through Fortify
Prefer to spread out your payments? Providence partners with Fortify for student loans. The online application is quick and easy, with clear and straightforward loan terms. You can start your Fortify application here.
Option 3: WIOA funding
Providence is an approved training program under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which can help eligible job seekers pay for career training. To see if you qualify, find your local Career Resource Center and learn more about the WIOA process.
